The survey "Does Investing in Cryptocurrency Make You More Attractive?" by CryptoVantage showed that 50% of women consider crypto investors more attractive than non-investors. In addition, 34% of respondents shared the view that crypto investors are wealthier and more intelligent. 40% of men believe they are smarter than non-crypto investors.

Meanwhile, nearly 59% of respondents said they have stumbled upon crypto scammers on dating apps. However, if a crypto investor managed to get a first date and pay the bill with his digital assets, 74% of women are likely to settle for a second date.

76% said they were more likely to start a conversation with a person if someone's dating profile mentions that they are a crypto investor.

The survey contains information about what people think of NFTs in the profile picture. It showed that "cool", "powerful" and "wealthy" are the top three adjectives describing people with NFT in their Twitter profile picture. Meanwhile, one in three men found NFT profile pictures "cringe."

Women were also twice as likely to unsubscribe from profiles with NFT, while one in four women found NFT profile pictures repulsive and would not date someone with an NFT profile picture.

The study found that crypto investing can cause problems for couples - 52% of respondents said that quarrels with their partner occur more often when the value of cryptocurrencies falls. In addition, an obsession with cryptocurrencies and improper investing have also caused fights - about 69% of crypto-investors had their relationship ended because of crypto-investing - 42% of them did it themselves, while 26% were dumped.

The study surveyed 1,002 Americans between the ages of 18 and 76. Of these, 53% were male and 47% female. Seven per cent of respondents were not investors, while 93% had invested in either cryptocurrencies or NFTs, or both.
